• By using our online store.
• For larger quantities, by contacting us through e-mail: info@tapshop.eu (Only B2B clients)

How to place an order using the TAPSHOP.EU online store?

1. To find your product/-s of interest, select it from the main menu or the search window at the top of the screen.
2. Put the products in your shopping cart by using the "Add to cart" button.
3. In the upper right corner are shown total quantities of your shopping cart.
4. Once you have collected all your products of interest in your shopping cart, push the "Shopping Cart" button in the upper right corner.
5. Fill out the required fields in the checkout process, and click the "Confirm and Place order" button.
6. If all fields are filled correctly, it will display that the order has been submitted and you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
7. Afterwards you can follow the progress of your order via the "Order history" section of your user account.

Orders are being processed only after the selected method of payment has been processed.

The minimum order amount is 12,10 EUR. (VAT incl.)

Orders witch require manual processing will be handled in our working hours:

• Weekdays - 10:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2)
• Saturday, Sunday - Closed
